“The ill-studio is a French group of collaborators devoted to fine arts. Our goal is to bring ten individuals together, working in various artistic areas such as graphic design, photography, typography, illustration, video, motion design, etc.

The studio provides an environment wherein its member’s complementary influences meet, and contribute to the stimulation and development of the whole, whether the works produced are created collectively, or individually.

The ill-studio is Léonard Vernhet, Thomas Subreville, Nicolas Malinowsky, Thierry Audurand, Sébastien Michelini, Pierre Dixsaut, Harold Urcun, Artus de Lavilléon, David Luraschi and Fred Mortagne.”

The Zonders is a international artist collective, founded by the german illustrators Dieter Dunkel & Wolfgang 3000. They’ve produced a lot of the cool artwork you’ve seen around the traps. They put out a line of tees and the 2010 line is hatching soon. Follow their lead and stay fresh.

I stumbled across Kate’s character illustrations on Behance and I now have several new super hero crushes. These girls are amazing and damn sexy! Kate resides in Kiev, Ukraine. Her website (or atleast the link from Behance) isn’t in english so I can’t tell you anything more about her. But her work is slick. I also think hooded capes need to start making an appearance in suitable fashion collections.

“This project posed the fascinating challenge of designing a dynamic new office building quite literally within the shadow of one of London’s most notable landmarks. The site lies on the north bank of the Thames near London Bridge, directly opposite the Monument erected to commemorate the Fire of London in 1666.The nine-storey building offers 9,000m² of efficient, open-plan office space and incorporates retail and cafe facilities at ground level. The distinctive asymmetrical plan is determined by the constraints of the site, with the southern elevation curving gently to address the Monument and define an enlarged and newly activated public square at ground level. This elevation is clad in a faceted glazed facade which reflects the Monument to provide a spectacular backdrop to the new public square. The facade also lifts up at ground level to create entrances to the building and to the retail units on the ground floor.The roof is landscaped as a green terrace to create a striking fifth elevation which is overlooked from the top of the Monument, with the pillar structure’s shadow acting as the gnomon for a sundial set into the roof.”
